National Anthem by Radiohead
Continuing my 4th of July weekend theme, today i’m posting a track by some non-Americans but at least the track is called “National Anthem.” This track revolves around a kick-ass bass line that lead singer Thom York wrote when he was 16 years old. This song has been played in almost every Radiohead concert since 2000. It’s a pretty kick ass soon and just gets the blood moving. The horns get a little out of control, but i think the madness adds to the beauty of the song. (wikipedia)
