My Body
My Body by Young The Giant (download here) (Buy from Amazon) I know that it’s on the radio but I’m still really into this song. It’s almost like they are unafraid of being too loud or jamming. A rare thing today on my playlist. Enjoy.

Dust Bowl Dance
Dust Bowl Dance by Mumford & Sons (download here) (Buy from Amazon) I’m just now going through their entire album (Sigh No More) and I have to say that it’s fantastic. This is one of my favorite tunes from them. It just increases in intensity until i couldn’t sit still.
Rad Broccoli Instrumental
Calling All Units to Broccolino by Calibro 35 (download here) (Buy from Amazon) If you don’t like this song, something is wrong with you. It’s both rock and some funk mixed in. It’s pretty great.

Unshaven Instrumental
Unbroken, Unshaven by Budos Band (download here) (Buy from Amazon) Sometimes a good instrumental is just what you need to power through the rest of the week. This week this is that song. It’s impossible not to like this tune. Just imagine 13 guys jamming

Working Part Time
Working Part Time by The Henry Clay People (download here) (Buy from Amazon) A lot of bands sound like The Hold Steady, but not a lot of them sound better or this rocking. Give this song about 2 minutes to get going. You’ll be happy you did
Sir Galahad
Sir Galahad by Josh Ritter (download here) If you have ever heard someone compare Josh Ritter to Dylan, this is a perfect example. This song is a great story and also totally rocks
Loud Pipes
Loud Pipes by Ratatat (download here) (Buy from Amazon) Just a funky little instrumental by the rowdy NYC electronic music duo. It’s got a good beat and sort of jams. It’s from their Classics album which, as with their first album, is almost entirely instrumental, with the only exception being a large cat-like sound sample [...]
Hustle and Cussing by Jack White
Hustle and Cuss by The Dead Weathers (download here) (Buy from Amazon) Jack White is the hardest working man in show business. He also has 3 bands that i know of – The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, and now The Dead Weather. He’s the drummer of this third band and while he’s not jamming on [...]

My Sharona Mash
Do You Want My Sharona by DJ Zebra (download here) This is a good song that mixes a Franz Ferdinand song with My Sharona. It really jams and something that’s good for a running or riding mix. It’s actually a pretty great Franz song too.
