Lost Coastlines by Okkervil River (download here) (Buy from Amazon) Such a good song. This song has all of it. Horns, drums, slow, fast, jam and some good lyrics. One of my favorites from 2007. More Okkervil here and here
Story of a Rock And Roll Man
You Can’t Hold The Hand of a Rock And Roll Man by Okkervil River (download here) This is an amazing song. Such a good story of an old Rocker who still thinks he’s the bomb. Really good. The title is taken from a line in the Joni Mitchell song, “Blonde in the Bleachers.”
