Phantom On The Bottom (Lady Tigra vs. Justice) by DJ Paul V (download here) THis song has been on my workout mix for a while and over the months, it’s really grown on me as a solid workout song. Great for spinning, riding, running or anything.
Miami hiphop
Show My Ass by Dominique Young Unique (download here) I don’t post too much hip-hop here but this song had my moving in my seat. Plus it has a pretty good/sexy video. Definitely a good addition for a gym mix

Wrong Thing To Do, But I Don’t Care
The Wrong Thing To Do by Mudcr*tch (download here) The Mudcr*tch album came out last year and it is Tom Petty with his original band. I think these are some of the best Petty tracks i’ve heard. They rock. This is one of my favorites from that album.
