Oh Yoshima
Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots by The Flaming Lips (download here) (Buy from Amazon) This is a crazy funky song by the guys from Oklahoma. It’s trippy but awesome
Red Italian Rose
Red Italian Rose by Matty Charles and The Valentines (download here) (Buy from Amazon) Just a really great song by Matty Charles. This guy doesn’t get nearly the recognition he should. He’s the total bomb and this song is great.
Run Rabbit
Run Rabbit Run by Eminem (download here) (Buy from Amazon) This is an incredible song by Eminem. There is no chorus, but an escalating rant. It’s almost like he can’t take a moment to stop and have a chorus. If you like Lose Yourself, you’ll probably like this. Give it a second to get some [...]
Further On With The Boss
Further On (Up The Road) by Bruce Springsteen (download here) (Buy from Amazon) I pretty much missed the whole The Rising album release. Not sure what i was doing at the time, but i only recently discovered this track. It’s great and worthy of being mentioned with other Boss classics.

Saturday’s A Big Day
On Saturday by The Clarks (download here) (Buy From Amazon) Kind of a sad song because it’s all about a guy and his painful breakup with his girl. The exchange of keys, the moving of furniture, the loss of weight – it’s all rough. But still a good song.

Jazzy Instrumental
Delta (Little Boy Blues) by Badly Drawn Boy (download here) This song has a nice little beat to in the background to go with a smooth meandering melody. Definitely need to have it on your iTunes. I’d like to have a montage to my day made to this song. I’d call it “Mike Working at [...]

Big City Breaking My Heart
Big City by Matty Charles (download here) Just a simple ditty by the Brooklyn master of folk tunes. The song is about his trip to New York City. “Big City why do you want to go and break my heart? You would play the leading part in so much misery. “
One Phish at a time
Ester Sunday by Trey Anastasio (download here) This is a great little ditty from the lead singer of Phish in his solo outing. I love little rock songs that jam some piano in the background. If you don’t know about Trey, he is credited as composer of 152 Phish songs (140 as a solo credit). [...]
