My Body
My Body by Young The Giant (download here) (Buy from Amazon) I know that it’s on the radio but I’m still really into this song. It’s almost like they are unafraid of being too loud or jamming. A rare thing today on my playlist. Enjoy.

Dust Bowl Dance
Dust Bowl Dance by Mumford & Sons (download here) (Buy from Amazon) I’m just now going through their entire album (Sigh No More) and I have to say that it’s fantastic. This is one of my favorite tunes from them. It just increases in intensity until i couldn’t sit still.
Let the River Roll
Somehow To Keep It Going by Cotton Jones (download here) (Buy from Amazon) “Come on baby, let the river roll on.” A great folksy indie song. It’s very mellow. Enjoy
Taos Jam
Taos by Menomena (download here) (Buy from Amazon) This is just a super strong rock tune from last year. These guys from Portland really bring it here.

The Curse of China Bull by Paul Cary (download here) (Buy from Amazon) This is a great bluesy song to start the week. A saxophone comes out of nowhere. Enjoy
You Are Not Alone
You Are Not Alone by Mavis Staples (download here) (Buy from Amazon) Happy New Year people. This is one of my favorite tracks of 2010 and a fitting track to end the year on. It’s a modern hymn, written by Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy and sung by the legend Mavis
